Service Description

A sixty minute group / couple personal training session is perfect for groups / couples who want to book sessions occasionally but can not commit to a certain amount of sessions every week. This service is $70 per person. Group / couple sessions are designed for two to four people and are an amazing way to reach your goals with a partner or friend(s)! Your group members do not need to be at the same fitness level or have the same goals. Before scheduling your first session, we will have a free forty-five minute consultation. During your consultation, we will discuss your health and fitness history, your current habits and routines, and your aspiring goals! We'll tour the studio and do a movement and posture analysis. Then, we'll have a mini introductory workout and discuss training plans. Your consultation is always free, even if you do not decide to start a plan. Your future sessions will be determined by your specific goals and needs but will include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, mobility and recovery. We will have check-ins every four weeks in order to track your progress, set new goals and make any changes necessary.
